Megin operates PT AI, a workout planning, logging, progress, and AI coaching app.

Account information: email address, user ID, authentication session data, and basic account timestamps.

Profile and fitness information: goal, experience level, training days, session length, equipment, age, height, weight, sex, injuries, limitations, and schedule preferences that you choose to provide.

Workout and progress information: workout plans, exercises, sets, reps, weights, session status, completion dates, duration, effort, readiness, energy, pain, notes, workout logs, and schedule changes.

Coach content: messages you send to the AI coach, generated coaching responses, and memory notes created from coaching interactions.

Support content: information you send when contacting support, such as your email address and message.

Technical information: server logs may include request metadata needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability. The app does not use advertising identifiers.

We use information to create and secure your account, personalize workout recommendations, generate and adapt plans, log workouts, summarize progress, provide coach chat, maintain schedule history, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable.

Fitness, injury, readiness, pain, and training information is used to personalize the product experience. PT AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

PT AI relies on service providers to operate the app. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. OpenAI processes relevant profile, workout, log, memory, and chat context to generate plans, summaries, and coaching responses. Vercel and related infrastructure providers host and deliver the web app and API routes. YMove may be used to retrieve exercise demo and reference content when configured.

These providers are used only as needed to deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the service. We expect service providers that process personal information to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

When you use AI coaching features, PT AI may send the minimum relevant account context to OpenAI so the requested feature can work. This can include profile details, workout plans, workout logs, progress summaries, coach memory, and the current chat message.

Do not enter information that you do not want processed by the AI coaching service. Avoid entering medical records, government IDs, payment details, or other highly sensitive information.

PT AI uses authentication cookies and session storage needed to keep you signed in and protect API requests. These are required for the service and are not used for advertising tracking.

Account data is kept while your account is active so the app can provide workout planning, coaching, logging, and progress features.

Signed-in users can export account data and delete their account from Settings. Account deletion removes the Supabase account and cascades deletion of PT AI profile details, workout plans, workout logs, workout sessions, coach memory, and schedule data controlled by PT AI.

Megin may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or operational records. Backup and log deletion may take additional time.

You can update profile details from Settings, choose what information to provide in coaching messages, export account data, delete your account in the app, or contact support for help with privacy requests.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email support@meginfitness.app from the address connected to your PT AI account when possible.

PT AI is not intended for children. Users should only use the app if they are old enough to create an account and use fitness software under the laws that apply where they live.

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We use these providers to operate a hosted software service and take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
